At your initial appointment we'll talk in depth about your questionnaire and the details of your personal wellness vision. This will include going over your diet history, physical activity, sleep hygiene, stress levels, and more. From there, we'll create goals that you would like to work on to achieve your wellness vision.
Your follow-up appointments are a time where we will discuss what went well and where you might have faced some challenges or barriers. We'll celebrate your wins. We'll re-evaluate your previous goals and set new goals to move forward on your journey towards achieving your wellness vision. Each appointment will build off of each other so there won't be one appointment leaving you feeling overwhelmed. We'll make sure by the end of our session together, you are feeling confident and possess the tools needed to accomplish your goals until the next time we meet.
